Single-family detached house project. The plot where the house is developed has an area of 510 m2, which has a rectangular shape and a downward slope.

The program is structured on a single level, corresponding to day and night uses. The house has a living room, a dining room and a kitchen with access to a large covered porch. More compartmentalized are an entrance closet, a laundry room, an office, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom and dressing room.

The exterior is organized following the slope of the land, so that in the front there is an area for parking vehicles, on the side there is a descending garden and, finally, in the rear area is the swimming pool.
