MEET OUR TEAM
A team of professionals with years of experience
He started his career in 1979 in the family business, the precursor of prefabricated CMUs for roofs.
In 1990, he established “Los Pedroches”, a business group focused on the production of large format precast concrete walls which stood out for being a pioneer and innovative system in Spain, and later extended to France and Portugal. Towards the year 2000, it became the most used system in the construction of industrial units and non-residential buildings.
After the arrival of the crisis, he sought out a new, innovative system in the building sector and in 2011, WorldMetor was born.
Antonio Angel Tendero Pedraz
He studied his Degree in Architecture at the University of Seville (Spain) in 1998, and was member number 280 of the Córdoba Official School of Architects since December, 1998. He was cofounder of GRUPO ARINDEL, an architecture firm
(Córdoba, Spain. 1998). He took a CALENER VYP energy course for new buildings (residential, small and tertiary) in 2013.
He won the retirement home contest for the Córdoba Council. Since 2014 he has been project co-manager for the international firm, MOTHERCARE, in Spain.
As of 2012, he is part of the technical team for the WorldMetor Company as an architect, consultant, project editor, construction manager and CDM coordinator.
Francisco Relaño Castro
He got his Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Seville (Spain) in 1998. He wasmember number 295 of the Official School of Architecture in Córdoba since 1999. He is the cofounder of GRUPO ARINDEL, an architecture firm (Córdoba, 1999), and took a
CE3X course in energy certification for existent buildings (residential, small or bigtertiary) and issuance of energy certificates in 2013.
Since 1999 he is tax advisor for the company Sociedad de Tasación, PLC, and has been since 2014 project co-manager for the MOTHERCARE international firm in Spain.
As of 2012, he is part of the technical team of the WorldMetor Company as an architect, technical consultant, project editor, construction manager and CDM coordinator.
Juan Antonio Merino Olmo
He obtained his B.E. in 2001 after attending the University of Córdoba, and later studied to become a Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention, approved by the Department of Employment and Technological Development (Consejería de Empleo y Desarrollo Tecnológico) of the Andalusian Government.
Member number 2600 of the Córdoba School of Engineering Sciences. He currently belongs to ITEC-INGENIERÍA, dedicated to technical feasibility studies, issuing building permits and working in medium voltage power line projects and electric substations with regional companies.
Since 2013, he is part of the technical team of the WorldMetor Company as an engineer, developing plans and blueprints for building with the MDR system.
María del Carmen Lizana Moral
She received her Bachelor after studying in Granada´s Technical School of Architecture (Spain) in 1997, specialising in construction engineering at the Camilo José Cela University (Madrid) in 2011.
Member number 1031 of the Jaén Official Construction Engineering School since 1998. She took the CE3X energy certification course for existent buildings (residential, small or large tertiary) and issuance of energy certificates in 2013.
She is now site manager and CDM coordinator in different home rehabilitation projects of the Andalusian Government, and has been so for over ten years. Since 2014, she has been part of the technical team of the WorldMetor Company as a building engineering and site manager.
Raúl Fernando Vargas Vanegas
He received his Degree in Architecture from the National University of Colombia in 1997, which later received the Seville ETSA approval in 2008.
He was member number 640 in the Córdoba Official School of Architects (Spain), and has lived in Spain since year 2000.
He works in urban-planning project editing as an architect, employed by local authorities (2010-2012). He took a course in DB-HE application (Spanish regulation regarding habitability) in 2013, and a course in building inspection in 2010. Since 2009, he has been part of the technical team of the WorldMetor Company as an architect, consultant, project editor, construction manager and CDM coordinator.
